Meals cooked for you by professional chefs, Friday evening to Sunday morning
Save the hassle of organising your own food when LARPing. With our catering tickets you get great food produced and served by a professional catering company at Herofest LARP.
We have two caterers this year, both returning from 2023’s Herofests – Thyme2Dine will be serving us in May and September, and Conspiracy Catering will be serving in July. Take a look at the menu below to see what’s on offer for the next event.
We ask that everyone books catering well in advance in order to plan with caterers, including any dietary requirements. The final cut-off prior to the event will be communicated on our Facebook page.

Notes re Catering:
We have a stock of mugs and glasses in the tavern but, if you have some, we’d like people to bring in-character vessels for drinks. Disposable cups are available from the caterer.
As our event is open from Thursday, prior to the ticketed catering beginning Friday evening, people look after their own catering then, with various outlets available in local towns.
