Our events will run better the further in advance we receive your bookings & payments. It allows us to write faction plot based on the size of the faction and the characters attending. It also helps us confirm numbers for caterer and trader bookings. We also have up-front costs to make events happen, so it really helps our organisation run smoothly, to provide an enjoyable event for all. 

So please if you can book and pay as far in advance as possible, we would greatly appreciate it.
