First Time to Herofest?

Try Herofest Larping for free; If you are one of the first 25 new players on any of our live action roleplaying events, who send payment and complete a booking form to take the catering option, then your first Herofest larp event will cost you nothing.

Our Events

Herofest Larp runs three live action role playing events per calendar year, the first in April/May, the second in July and the third in September/October. Every year one of the events will be the Interplanar fayre and until all our faction spaces are full one will be recruitment. The third event will vary from year to year and will be set around the larp plot that has been running from event to event.

Bookings

Our live action role playing events will run better the further in advance we receive your bookings. This allows us to plan an improved camp site layout so that larger and smaller factions have camping areas to suit their size. It allows us to write the faction missions based on the size of the faction and the varying make up of character classes and skills available to each faction. The caterers traders and the tavern will know how many people are attending and can purchase their stock accordingly. Also the sooner you book the more time we will have to ensure you are fully informed of everything you need to know to make your larp weekend more enjoyable.

So please if you can book as far in advance as possible we would greatly appreciate it.

Event Prices

Booking at least 1 month in advance of the Event (one off payments)

Booking as an individual - £60.00 per person
Booking as a group of 2 or more people - £55.00 per person
Booking on all 3 events of the year - £150.00 per person

Booking Within 1 month of the start of the Event (one off payment)

Paying within one month of the event - £65.00 per person

How to Pay

Cheque

If you are paying by cheque, please send your booking form and a cheque payable to
Herofest Limited for the full amount.

Direct Bank Transfer

You may pay by direct bank transfer to Herofest Limited- Barclays Bank - Sort Code 20-33-83 - Account No. 33789527, if you do this, please use the reference as shown in the example, as this will let us know who has paid;
