Orin Rakatha Banquet Weekender

A celebration event of LARP players taking place at Moorside Grange Hotel, on 25th to 27th February 2011

This event is a social event aimed at LARPER’s and friends, giving us a chance to meet up, socialise and think about the year to come.

It is suitable for all and we will be marking the 25th Year of Heroquest and the 4th Year of Herofest.

The banquet itself takes place on Saturday night but we have been able to negotiate a great two night package with the hotel. The Weekender includes

Two nights Bed and Breakfast (Friday and Saturday) based on 2 people sharing a double or twin room
Friday Supper
Saturday Lunch
A three course Banquet and all the entertainment. (We have booked the Golden Apple!)

Prices

Booking and Paying before the 28th January 2011

£110 per person - based on 2 people sharing a room for 2 nights.

£75 per person - based o n 2 people sharing a room for one night.

£105 - based on a single person occupancy for one night.

£140 - based on a single person occupancy for 2 nights.

Bookings and Payments made between 28th January and 18th February

the cost rises to

£120 per person - based on 2 people sharing a room for 2 nights.

£85 per person - based on 2 people sharing a room for one night.

£115 - based on a single person occupancy for one night.

£150 - based on a single person occupancy for 2 nights.

Banquet Only

If you live nearby and want to attend the banquet only the cost is £35.

Event Details

Friday night will be an open board games and card games night so bring a game you want to share with others, During the day on Saturday there will be several LARP traders for you to peruse and buy some gifts for the start of the LARP season. During your stay you will be able to use the Hotels facilities and there will be a pay bar throughout
