What to do when you arrive at Herofest LARP

What to do when you arrive before 4pm on the Friday of an Herofest LARP event

1. Head to the main building and book yourself in at the counter. Here you will be able to find out where your camping area is, as well as sort out any outstanding payments, collect any costume you may be borrowing, and hire any weapons you've arranged to hire.
2. Set up your tent
3. If you are a new player, then there will be a New Player Meeting at 4pm in the main building
4. Park your vehicle in the car park area, as directed
5. Get yourself ready for the event, which will start between 5 and 6pm
6. Get stuck in and enjoy the Herofest LARP event!

What to do if you arrive after 4pm on the Friday of a Herofest LARP event.

1. You may find that certain areas of the Herofest LARP site are out of bounds to vehicles, so follow the left hand track when you enter the site. You will find a large white marquee, and you should wait here until you are met by one of the Herofest LARP team
2. They will direct where to park your car, and whether you are allowed to drive to your camping area, or whether you have to carry your gear, and also to the area you will be camping in
3. If you have already arranged to borrow costume or hire weapons, you can pick them up from the marquee.
4. Once you have put up your tent, and put on your costume, make your way to the main building and book in at the counter. Here you will be able to find out where your camping area is, as well as sort out any outstanding payments for the event or for weapon hire.
5. Get stuck in and enjoy the Herofest LARP event!
